About Me:
I'm a Master's student who works part-time in the hospital, looking for a flatmate to share the rent. I'm interested in sports (playing and watching), cooking, art, reading and questionable music. I'm sociable but pretty easygoing- so long as you're friendly and respectful we should get along well!

The landlord is lovely and lived in the flat before me; he renovated it before I moved in (new kitchen cupboards, new oven/hob, new bathroom and light fittings) and I furnished it with the essentials, but you're welcome to bring your own things too- there's room for a desk in the bedroom if needed. The living room is really light and spacious and a calm space to be in. I keep the place quite tidy, but want it to feel like a home at the same time.

Rent is £425 per month, including bills it will be around £475. Available at the start of January, happy to help with the moving process. Email or text me to arrange a viewing!
