Hello, myself and my housemate Phoebe have a room to fill in a semi-detached house near Bath Road/Leckhampton. The house has a large fridge, washer-dryer and integrated dishwasher included. Patio area too and off-road parking. There is a downstairs WC and two upstairs bathrooms. Underfloor heating downstairs. We come with quite a bit of shared furniture e. g. sofas, desk, TV.
