We are a group of 3 students looking for a 4th tenant for our bills included 4 bedroom furnished student house. The property is situated centrally in Cheltenham with just a 5 minute walk from the high street, and equally close to several parks, shops and a 20 minute walk from Francis Close Hall Campus. The property is on a quiet street away from the main road.

The house is light and spacious and includes a large kitchen, cosy living room, spare room, small garden and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven and electric cooker. The property also has plenty of shared storage space. It will be repainted and carpets will be cleaned over the summer.

We are looking for either a student or working professional that would ideally start living with us from early September but late August would be workable.
