Hello, I’m looking for an easy-going professional to come and share my house with me.

I’m happy to negotiate a reduced price if you only need it for 5 days a week.

It’s has on-street permit parking, it’s easy to park within 100 yards and around £50 per year. But, if you commute to a full time job during the day you won’t need a permit.

You will have full access to the house which comprises of a “snug”, large open plan kitchen/dining/entertaining area, downstairs toilet and utility area with washing machine and a tumble dryer. It’s has a large upstairs bathroom and the room you’ll be renting is a medium sized double with a built in wardrobe and then room for a chest of drawers and a double bed. It has a small but very private garden which gets the sun pretty much all day.

It has excellent access to the town centre, train station, pitville park and GCHQ.

I’m very tidy and easy going, so I’m looking for someone to live with who is very similar!
