A double room available in a cosy, conveniently located flat, a 10 min walk to the train station and a 15 min walk to GCHQ and 20 mins to the centre of Cheltenham. You will be sharing with me: a 37 year old sociable and friendly professional with a wide range of interests, working in the heritage and architecture sector.
Ideally, I would like to find a friendly flatmate, rather than just a lodger. My 2 bedroom flat is on the second floor of a well-looked after block of flats (no lift - sorry). It has a spacious kitchen, good size living/dining room, smallish bathroom/toilet and a balcony. Free off-street parking.
I’ve no preference when it comes to gender, but please note that I'm gay, so you will have be ok with that, I suppose!
