Me and my girlfriend have decided to go traveling. We are looking for a friendly people to come and replace us in this lovely house here. Fixed Duration Rent Between 1 August 2020 and 1 April 2021. Dates are flexible .... we can make it September to May if that suits better or other arrangements even permanent rent.

the room available is the master bedroom in the house. The price is 650 pcm. It is really big triple size room The price is per month and includes all the bills and a weekly cleaner.

The house is really close to the station (under 5 mins walk) , and has a big garden and nice shared space.

The house has 3 bedrooms so you guys will be 3 all together sharing. It has a separate kitchen and a separate reception room and 2 bathrooms so plenty of space for 3 people. It has been almost completely refurbished so everything inside is brand new. The kitchen has not been completed yet but it is functional. Second bathroom is downstairs with a shower cubicle and a toilet.
It is a lovely house in which friendly people live and talk to each other and do things together.

The house also has a large garden with fruit trees - Apple Pear Cherry and Plums and also strawberry and raspberry grow in it. Garden is 17m long and 9 m wide.

There is fully functional newly installed fireplace in the living room which is great during the winter months. Creates a lovely cosy homely feeling.

Jack (29) grew up in Shropshire and works as landscaper in south east london. He spent his last couple of years working as a Sky instructor in France and in a nature reserve in Africa looking after chimps. I believe he was also a Restaurant Manager at some point as well Jack of all trades in deed. True to his name LOL.

The other housemate is Gio she is from Italy. Grew up in sicily and works as a restaurant manager at a pizza place in Eltham.

Hoping to find a clean respectable person who would look after the house as their own home and respect the other housemates as their friends.
