I have a double room available in a beautiful cottage style house in Eltham, South East London (zone 4). Available immediately but can be flexible.

Rent is £600pcm including broadband. There will be bills on top of this. To sign the tenancy you will need to go through reference and affordability checks so please only apply if you are in steady full time employment and happy to do this.
You will join 1 housemate in a friendly and homely share. The house is well-suited to sociable people, though I am considerate and respectful of others privacy and space. I am looking for a housemate who wants to contribute to making a lovely home, and ideally is open to staying a while.
The room is a bright and sunny double in the back of the house overlooking the large garden. The room is furnished with bed wardrobe drawers and bedside table. However, if you want to bring your own bed this can be arranged.
The house is fairly big with loads of period features and character. There is a large spacious garden, kitchen, one bathrooms with shower/bath. There is a cosy but spacious living room for relaxing and socialising, with a super comfy sofa. I have a tv set up with freeview & Netflix. There’s also on-road parking if you drive, or space on the patio in the garden to keep a bike.

It is located in Eltham (10min walk to the train station) and Woolwich Arsenal (10min bus to the station) North Greenwich station is an 18 minute bus ride and bus is 24 hours. It is walking distance to the high street for shops, bars and restaurants and is also near Blackheath and Greenwich for alternative local nightlife.
