Hi there, looking for a flat mate for my spare room in my 2 bed flat.

Spare room is bright, south facing and has great storage - the bed extends to a double. In the room itself there's a new 2 clothing rail mirrored wardrobe (awaiting Ikea to open for a second door!), a new shelving wardrobe, tall chest of drawers, 3 under bed storage drawers and a shelf with 5 boxes. The space is well thought out and nicely used. The window looks out into the garden and the windows are double glazed, with black out blinds and curtains for cosiness. As for space, there's also plenty of space in the hallway for coats / shoes (golf clubs/ sporting stuff) etc and there's also a loft for storage too.

Great 102mb Virgin broadband included as well as Virgin TV.

As for me, I'm a professional, working from home (in the current climate) and enjoy having a flatmate. The room would be perfect for a professional who either works locally or commutes into town. If you're a key worker and interested then please do get in touch :)

In the flat there's my room, the spare room, bathroom, kitchen, living room and the entrance way / hallway that's downstairs. It is all freshly painted / decorated and in a quiet and friendly neighborhood.

Travel: 12 min walk to New Eltham station (zone 5) with trains to London Bridge in 15 mins, Cannon Street and Charring Cross. Good bus connections. Parking available. I pop to Tesco / Sainsburys once a week or get delivery so happy to join on that.
