Only looking for one person ideallly with less stuff. A quiet, clean & tidy person, prefer female. Fixed bill amount to be paid £150 in addition.

A large house, with front & back lawns, offers one study bedroom with double bed for clean tidy and garden lovers. Ideally any guests/visitors wouldn't be permitted unless agreed in advance.

Inside and outside, there is plenty of space to do excercise and yoga.

This is chemical free house and renovated using natural materials like clay paint, wood oil etc. It's mainly because the person living, has severe allergy with chemicals coming part of shampoo, perfume, deodrant, washing liguid etc. Please ask for further details as pets and chemical usage in this house, is not permitted at all due to severe medical condition, including perfume and room freshner etc. Usually suggested to shower using (natural biodigradable ingrediants) soap with limited chemical in it. Washing and cleaning is done using organic ways like soda crystals and vinegar. I understand that not everyone can be comfortable or willing to live this way hence putting it here in advance.

Backyard has plum, Apple, pear tree and raspberries, strawberries and goose berries. Herbs like horse reddish, rosemary & stinky nettle is also planted for easy access of anti allergic herbs. You are also welcome to enjoy planting for yourself.

New occupier should be expected to keep house ventilated in winter so mould shouldn't develop, keep house garden clean and tidy, maintain peace for neighbourhood.

It is extremely important that new occupiers joining, are sensible on energy usage. We don't heat house during night in winter. All bills are paid on fixed basis as agreed on top of rent. This is suitable for anyone looking to enjoy living in house with garden, living room, dinning room and kitchen.

You would be required to prove affordability of rent and prev tenancy references.

Easy to reach woolwich in 15min by bus and also can take Elizabeth line for canary wharf and Liverpool Street in another 10/15min.. very easy to commute different places in city and Greenwich.
