We have a large double room within the grounds of the very green and sunny Tarnwood Park.

The bedroom contains double bed and cupboard, side drawers and there is a space for a small desk if you need one.

The flat is sunny, clean with a chilled atmosphere. It has a spacious living room, dining area and separate kitchen, bathroom with amazing shower and a toilet. Naturally we have super fast broadband.

I'm a Filmmaker and have been living here for over five years now and second large room has become available just this week.

The flat is clean and nicely decorated. We like to enjoy a glass of wine and a meal occasionally as well as enjoying our own space.

Flat is a 4 minute walk to Mottingham Station and 5 to Eltham High Street.

It's super quick to commute into central London. Connections into London Bridge within 20/25 minutes OR East London - 35mins via the Overground from New Cross.

We're a social house and would like someone to come and join us who is friendly and keen to be part of a welcoming and friendly home.
