The house itself is on a private, quiet development. It's about a 1 minute walk from the nearest bus stop and 10 minutes from Crayford station (London zone 6). All local amenities are very close and all within walking distance.

The kitchen is fully fitted, compact and manageable.

You'd be living with me - a young professional working in London. I'm easy-going, considerate and friendly. When I'm home, I usually cook, watch a bit of TV...and that's about it! I swim regularly and enjoy my sports.

The room is £650 per month which includes all bills and fast wifi.

There's no parking available on the small development but parking is available on nearby streets, as close as 20 meters away from the front door.
