On offer:

Room 1 is a massive master suite with private bathroom and private balcony. This used to be my own room when I spent more time in London, and I very carefully hand selected all the furniture, especially the bed, which is Super-King size with a 5000 pocket spring pillow-top mattress. (I used to regularly write reports on the shares of mattress producers when I worked in finance as an analyst specialising in the home and furniture sector, so this really matters to me a lot.)

Room 2 is also a large double bedroom. The bathroom is not attached to the room, but would be yours exclusively most of the time (you are sharing with me, but I do not expect to be in London any time soon, and only occasionally in the foreseeable future). The furniture has been rearranged since the photo was taken (the white shelves moved into the master bedroom, as in photo, and three additional pieces added in).

It is in a very safe residential development, about 4-5 minutes by walk to South Quay Station and 7-10 minutes to Canary Wharf..

The flat has a massive kitchen living room and communal areas including a balcony, and some storage space. The flat is also inside a courtyard, making it very safe and also give open space to sit in like having a garden.

There is a residents' gym and swimming pool with jakuzi, and 24hr concierge etc. etc. ....

Flatmates:
- Both rooms on offer, no confirmed flatmates at the moment, buddy-ups welcome.
- I have kept a bedroom for myself for whenever I am in London, which used to happen occasionally, but I have not planned for any international travels in the foreseeable future so that room is going to stay empty for a while.
