I am a professional, working in Canary Wharf (however now working from home) and looking for a short term (with the possibilty of long term) flatmate.
The flat is 5-6 mins walk to Greenwich dlr and mainline station, 10 mins walk to Cutty Sark, 10 mins to Deptford Bridge. The room has a single bed, is very simple; the flat is cosy, and has a great ambience.
I have a cat. (The Flatmate would have to be careful not letting her out on the street accidentally :) )
I do not smoke and do not have parties at home.
I prefer a female flatmate, who does not invite guests and goes to her bedroom during the week at a reasonable time as I work 9-5, Monday to Friday from the open plan kitchem/livingroom.
Other than that I am easygoing, friendly and cool.
I read, paint, watch Netflix and go on long walks.
