Hi there,

We are Stefan , Gui and Deborah. We have rented a lovely three-bedroom apartment in Greenwich Millennium Village and we are looking for a third person to join us from the 1st March!

The flat is very conveniently located about 5-7 mins walk from North Greenwich station with easy access to Canary Wharf (2 mins on the Jubilee line), London Bridge (10 mins), Westminster (15 mins) and pretty much anywhere central. It is close to amenities, gyms, Greenwich park, and the O2 arena, so the area is pretty lively! The Greenwich Millennium Village itself has its own array of shops, a dry cleaner, school, concierge, and Eco-park.

The flat has an open plan kitchen and living area, two bathrooms, a balcony and plenty of storage. The room is priced at £635 pcm before bills, however bills (particularly council tax) are very low in this area, and the flat tends to be naturally warm throughout the year. The room overlooks the internal courtyard, facing South-East, so it is very quiet sunny and warm.

We are a mix of professionals and a PhD student. We have been living in this apartment for a couple of years and plan on staying, so we would like someone who would take care of the place and consider it a home. We are quite social and we like to organise dinners, movie nights and socials for our friends, and we would love you to join in as well :)
