We (current owners) are away travelling for 3 months and are looking for someone to take our spare room during this time.

As it is our home, everything is set up and ready to use (including kitchenware, wifi, utilities, secure bike store, etc.). We are looking for a responsible, tidy person/couple to live in our flat in our absence.

The flat would be yours for the entirety of the letting period (all areas except master bedroom). There would be no personal effects of ours in the room for rent.

Our flat is situated right in the heart of Deptford, with many restaurants and bars within a short reach as well as speedy transit to London Bridge.

The flat will be available from 4th July to 9th October, however there is flexibility within these dates.
