I'm looking to rent out a room in my house - it's a large pretty room, overlooking the garden on a quiet street.

I live here alone, am tidy, friendly and easy-going. Happy to socialise or go for a drink, but also happy to keep to ourselves.

The house is just a minute's walk to various shops/supermarkets, as well as the river and some lovely pubs.

It's a 10 min walk to Maze Hill station, 15 min to Cutty Sark DLR (a beautiful walk through the Royal Naval College) and 15-20 min walk to North Greenwich, or just a 4 min bus.

The house has a spacious kitchen, nice bathroom with two separate toilets. The bathroom would be shared, but given I'm mostly working from home, there wouldn't be any issues with shower timings in the morning and the two toilets are separate too.

There is also a garden with table and chairs for summer.
