Double bedroom available in our house two minutes walk from both Island Gardens and Mudchute DLR stations.

The Room:

- Refurbished when last tenant moved out and available now.
- Furnished with double bed with space underneath for storage, bedside table, and clothes rail.

The House:

- Upstairs bathroom with bath/shower, plus second small bathroom with shower downstairs.
- Downstairs spacious living room with TV, Netflix etc, and patio doors out to a huge garden backing onto Millwall Park. (perfect for BBQs!)
- Large kitchen with two fridge-freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, and dining area with large table (not pictured).

The Housemates:

- A friendly bunch age 24 to 28 who like to treat the house as a home, enjoy socialising but also like our own space, enjoy cooking but make sure we clean up after ourselves.
- We’re all young professionals, mostly office based and occasionally WFH, plus 2 year old cat Lola😺, and chickens in the garden 🐓.

Other bits:

- Bills excluded but work out around £85pcm which includes council tax, WiFi, gas, electric and water (probably going up because of energy prices increasing)
- Also happy to have someone Mon-Fri (we’re only a 15 min walk from Canary Wharf)
- It’s a 6 month contract so we’re looking for someone who wants a more permanent accommodation
- No cats/dogs allowed but other small pets fine e. g fish, hamsters, lizards etc
