Travelling, so looking for someone to take over my remaining tenancy; it renews end of April. It can be arranged including all bills; as advertised or done separately. As well as the option to renew in your name and remain after April.

Bills are generally much lower outside of the winter months. As for the room, it's a good sized double furnished bedroom. It has lots of shelves and cupboard space for hanging clothing and place for shoes. The flat is a top floor flat, so slightly larger than the ones below. It's in an excellent location; everything within a few min walk and the development is beside the river. Close to DLR, rail and Uber boat pier, the most pleasant way to commute into to central areas.
Some shops are within the development inc a good sized Waitrose less than 2 min away. Town centre and market is also only a 6 min walk.

It's the perfect place while you get settled in London or to live long term, been here for over two years. Its a friendly development and gives discounts to nearby restaurant/bar too. The flat has all mod coms. The main bathroom is yours exclusively (inc a bath) though not connected to the bedroom. The flat also has two cats.
