Hello!

We have a double room going in our large shared house with lots of space. This would be an ideal place for someone who's relaxed, clean, enjoys good conversations with their housemates over a glass of wine (or three), and who is looking for a home rather than just a house.

While we do like to spend time with each other around the kitchen table, this is not a party house and everyone respects each other’s space.

The house is located in a lovely, quiet area with local independent stores, coffee shops, culture venues and restaurants all within easy walking distance. This location also has very good access routes to London Bridge, Canada Water, and Victoria.

The current housemates are Rocio, a graphic designer, and Tadej, a lecturer in art and creative technologies. This place is a great, quiet find with lovely, respectful housemates, and is located in a sought after area.

We are looking for a young professional or a PhD student for a long term, minimum of 12 months contract.

The room comes unfurnished, but some existing furniture may be possible to buy off from a current housemate leaving. Please note that currently the room has a small double bed, but a standard double bed would fit.
