A double room is available, fully furnished with double bed, small wardrobe, bedside table, chest if drawer, work desk( which can be taken out of the room if you don't want it) and a smart Tv.
The flat itself is on the second floor in a very secure building with lift acess. Very bright, clean and spacious flat.
Ther is no free Parking at the property but the train station and buss stops are only 3-5 minutes walk away. You could get to London in under 40 minutes on the train from Rochester station.
The high street is only 5 minutes walk away and all shops (M&S, Morrsions, Asda, Tesco, Iceland, etc) within walking diatance.
Myself and the current flatmate are both very quiet and respectful professionals.
You will share a beautiful, clean bathroom with 1 other person and there is a 2 weekly cleaner for all communal areas.
Living room is not shared.
All bills inclusive.
Deposit of 1 month's rent required.
