The mattress is from Dreams (very comfortable – pocket sprung with memory foam). The double glazed large window (with blackout curtains) overlooks the back garden. Lockable door. The rest of the house: There is an open plan living / dining room, separate kitchen, utility, 2 bathrooms (one downstairs and one upstairs), large back garden (with block pavers).

The kitchen fittings include a cooker with fan oven, washing machine, dish washer, 2x fridge freezers, microwave, all usual utensils/kitchenware.

The street is a quiet residential street with line of trees. There is street parking (permit required).

Looking for a clean and tidy professional, friendly lodger / housemate. The communal areas are cleaned but we all clean up after ourselves and keep the place neat and tidy.
