We have one beautiful double room (14 x10 FT) in our newly refurbished house. ourcurrent flatmate is moving to Manchester due to a new job role.

The room is available for someone outgoing, friendly and who can hold their own in some rather deep conversations we have around the dinner table! I'm a Building Surveyor and Claire works in fashion and due to her work gets to spend a lot of time in Paris and Madrid (lucky her).
In the evenings and weekends outside of work we always do a ton of things together - cook, play tennis, go shopping, go down to the pub (it never is just one!) We would love for a third person to join in the fun!

All bills are included as well as Wi-Fi!

The room is very bright and can accommodate a bed and wardrobe. The location is ideal a 5 minutes walk to the to the High street and a short bus ride of about 10 minutes taking you into Plumstead or Woolwich Arsenal Overground. Bank can be reached on the DLR in 27 minutes from Woolwich Arsenal.
