Hi.

I have a newbuild flat in Woolwich Arsenal and would like to rent out an extra room.

The room has its own shower/bathroom.

I typically leave for work at 6:15 AM and usually do not spend too much time at home in the evenings. I work as a broker in the City.

I think the flat is quite nice for someone looking for a clean modern building: big windows, nice view, nice furnishings, oak flooring...everything is brand new.

The flat comes with a pool/spa and gym.

The area is nice for walks, parks, river views etc. There is a Tesco & M&S nearby.

The flat is in the Royal Arsenal area of Woolwich about 2 minutes from the Royal Arsenal DLR train station.

All bills and taxes are included in the price.

I would like someone from Monday the 30 of August, but there is scope to move that around.
