Hi, I am Brian and I have a large 3/4 bed house in SE18 that I have recently refurbished with new bathroom and kitchen. It is close to the DLR, bus routes etc and has good transport links. Close to shops, pubs, restaurants. The house has a large kitchen diner with all associated mod cons. For rent it has one large double room and one small double.

I am a ‘live in landlord’ but actually I live in Scotland with my wife and children.

All rooms are available as I have just finished a refurbishment of all rooms and new bathroom has been updated.

The middle room is a good sized double with wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair.

The smaller double at the back if the house is also currently available. It has a small double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair.
