Hello everyone,

I have a deluxe studio available and I need someone to take over my contract as soon as possible.

It is £215 per week and the contract is until September 2021. It is a deluxe studio in Luna Fusion Students. Its a 2 minute walk from De Havilland campus and it is a great social space for students. The bills are all included in the rent. The room is a double room with one bed and a fitted kitchen and ensuite bathroom.

It is £10,965 altogether but I have paid £4300 so there is £6665 left to pay in two instalments. One is in January and the last instalment is paid in April.

It would be great if someone could take over my contract as soon as possible.
