I have one single room available from 22nd November in hatfield. Rent is £525including all bills.
House is located on prime location. 5 mins walk from uni campus and galleria. 10 mins walk from asda.

It is a recently refurbished property. It has large sitting room, dining room, kitchen with all appliances, 2 toilets, off road parking space, garden and wooden/tile floring all over house. So easy to clean.
Single room has medium size bed with mattress, 1 cupboard, 1 inbuilt cupboard and 1 chest.
We need mature, decent, peaceful tenant who love to live in quite and clean atmosphere. Also need someone who doesnt cook nonveg in d kitchen. (Eggs are fine)
