Greetings,
We are international students going to study at the University of Hertfordshire from September 2024. We are looking for 2 PEOPLE who HAVE ALREADY GOT VISAS to join us in a 5-bedroom house at 168 Mosquito Way, Hatfield.
This house currently has 1 male and 2 female tenants. The current tenants are considerate, clean and friendly.
The property is available on 9 Sep 2024 (next week). So, we are looking for 2 new housemates to be the best fit here.
- Preferably 2 females, or 1 female and 1 male
- Clean and tidy people
- Aged 21 - 30
- Able to pay a £300 deposit in advance and ready to sign a contract before 8 Sep.
- Must either pay the full rent upfront or have a UK guarantor (so you can pay 3 monthly). If you don't have a UK guarantor, consider renting one from Housing Hand for £51 per person per month.
The property is within walking distance of the De Havilland and College Lane Campus, Galleria Shopping Centre and other local amenities.
