We can only have full time students!

We haven't fully decided on rooms yet as we have just had our flatmate leave university unexpectedly so if you could just give a preference for a room then we can all decide!

We are 4 guys going into second year looking for someone to fill a room in our house! The rooms vary in size but are all reasonable, there is a good sized kitchen and 2 showers and toilets, there is also a small garden / patio.

The house is just around the corner from a sainsburys, a lidl and restaurants and bars especially along newland avenue. There is also a few buses to the city centre. The majority of the street is made up of students.

We all drink and some of us regularly go out to pubs and clubs as well some other things in the city centre like mini golf!
