I need to move back home but can’t leave my contract early so need to find a new Tennant to replace me in my contract. £90 a week covers all bills too. The room is the largest in the house and I love it, comes furnished with a bed and mattress that hasn’t been slept on as I brought my own mattress from home so have the one for this bed stored elsewhere, a desk, wardrobe and coat stand. You can change the layout of the room easily as I recently moved my bed to be in front of the radiator instead of near the window. No pets allowed. One Tennant is a smoker but going out the back door for a cig is easy enough 😂 kitchen is equipped with all the necessary things too.
