I'm looking for someone to replace my tenancy in a shared flat. The flat description is as follows:
- 1 bathroom
- Private parking available
- Close to the University of Kent
- Short walk from the centre of town
- Large communal living space

The flat currently has one occupant, a master's student. The room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, a small double bed, desk, and chair.

Rent is £575 a month with bills not included however there is the option to take over my bill package which comes to roughly £124 a month. The lease can start as early as December 1st and goes through till July 1st.
