Double room available in a two bedroom flat on the 16th fl. of brutalist tower Arlington House in Margate.

The flat has the most amazing sea views and is within a walking distance from the beach, train station, bus stops and Margate old town.

Looking for a housemate to take over the 2nd bedroom from early January. Hoping to find someone tidy, chill and nice - I like having friends over occasionally but would really like someone who appreciates cozy and wholesome home environments.

The room available: bright double bedroom with sea views, unfurnished.

The living room is spacious with a semi-open plan layout to the kitchen. The kitchen is cozy and has all the necassary amenities. Bathroom has a shower.

24h security car parking available to residents. There's a very friendly caretaker that looks after Arlington. The building has 2 lifts.

In addition to the two bedrooms the flat has a smaller room, which we currently use as an office/workspace and a guest room.

Current housemate: Ethnobotany MSc student at Uni of Kent. Interested in food, art, anthropology and plants. (And have lots of plants in the flat)
