Hi everyone! I need someone to take over my tenancy from January 17th 2020.

The house is located in Headingley, a quiet area very close to Beckett campus and not far from Leeds Uni. It's also minutes from bus stops, supermarkets, shops, pubs.

The available room is located on 1st floor and comes with a comfy double bed, a desk and a closet. There is a big living room with two large leather sofas and comes with a Plasma TV. The open plan kitchen has all the usual appliances (2 fridges, 2 freezers, washing machine, microwave, kettle).There are two bathrooms, one located next to the basement bedroom and one located on the top floor, both of them with a bath tub.

You'll be sharing it with 6 lovely students, both from Beckett and Leeds Uni, a couple of them are internationals.

The new tenant must be a student , and a UK grantor is required.
