Hiya,

Myself and my housemate are looking for someone to take over our tenancies in a house on Burley road as we have recently acquired new jobs in London and wish to move down south.

The house has been fitted with new furniture this year (Beds, Draws etc). I have the two attic rooms, one which I use as my main living space the other a walk in wardrobe/ gym - but you can do with them as you please! Hannah's room is the largest room in the house with plenty of space as you can see!

The current housemates are a mix of Masters students or working professionals - all very clean, tidy and sociable, yet enjoy their own space.

Rent is £400 inclusive of all bills including council tax etc

Transport to the city centre and other locations are super easy with the 50, 50A, 49 and 19 bus stops a 1 min walk away. Burley train station is approx a 10-15 min walk and Leeds station around a 20 min walk.
