Hello!

I have one double room available in my 2-bedroom 2-bathroom flat in the city centre. The room is available on a short-term basis, until 17 May 2024 at the latest. Shorter stays are welcome.

All bills are included, including Electricy, Water, Council Tax, Netflix, Sky, Fibre Broadband.

The room has exclusive access to the house bathroom.

The flat is in the Brewery Wharf area of Leeds. It's 8 minutes walk from the train station, and 5 minutes walk from Trinity.

I like the flat to be kept clean and tidy, and I have a cleaner every 2 weeks (included in the price).

The flat is completely furnished, including a small desk in the bedroom.

Most weeks I'll only be in the flat Monday-Thursday. (I spend the rest of the week with my girlfriend in Holmfirth.)

I'm happy to answer any other questions or arrange a viewing - just drop me a message!
