Hello, I have a spare room available in a 4 bedroom house in Headingley (LS6), from the start of February til July (with option to prolong).

The rent is £95 a week all bills included (council tax excluded). The house is 1 minute away from the closest 56 bus stop, a 5-10 minute walk to the Arndale Shopping Centre and a 10 min walk away from Leeds Beckett.

It is a large double room with a desk, chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers and new double mattress (2 months old, different from photo). There is one bathroom with an adjacent additional toilet, a spacious living room with a dining table and 2 sofas a spacious kitchen and a small backyard.

There are currently 3 girls living at the property, two 3rd year students and one master's student, ages 22-25, who are all very friendly, approachable and tidy.

The landlord is unipol accredited and very reliable and cooperative especially when responding to queries or issues.
