Just moved to the city and the letting agents are wanting to fill the spare room; looking for someone social but who enjoys their own downtime too.

Easy to get along with, keeps the flat clean and tidy, down for a drink every now and then.

I’m into music, there’s a puregym 6 mins away that I’ve just joined. Work from home a fair bit. Few pret’s in walking distance. Local co ops etc.

Flats decent. One bathroom but I’m a clean lad so it’s all sound. All luv the utensils etc included.
