2 double rooms available immediately in a 4-bed 2-bathroom house in Burley - just behind Headingley Stadium.
We are looking for young professionals or mature students (male or female). Me and my brother have recently bought the property and will be living in the two other bedrooms (although I am rarely home as I travel a lot for work).
The rooms can come furnished with double beds and desks - unless you have your own.
The main bedroom has built in wardrobes, rent is £450 pcm and the smaller room rent is £400 pcm (Bills are not included) You will be sharing one bathroom.
There is a large kitchen and living room plus a large, dry and light cellar for storage and a back garden that really gets the Sun.
We are looking for friendly, outgoing but most importantly clean and respectful housemates who would like to make the place a home.
I work for a financial consultancy firm based in London and my brother studies music at Leeds Uni - he plays in a local band and is out gigging most weekends.
