I am moving out of my double room and need a new tenant to replace me!

The room has a double bed, desk with lamp and (very comfortable) chair, wardrobe, dresser and shelving unit with cupboard.

Shared living room with television, sofa, coffee table and dining table with 4 seats.

Kitchen has all the essentials plus a clothes washer and a dryer, and plenty of storage space. Good amount of worktop space. The other tenants don't cook much, so there usually aren't any problems with multiple people wanting to use the kitchen at the same time!

Two bathrooms - as the the room is on the ground floor you only have to share a bathroom with one other person. It has a toilet, sink, shower and bath.

It's a quiet house - everyone either works or studies. The tenants are all respectful and tidy. There is a small garden with a washing line. The garden looks out over a stream, so it's quite pleasant and doesn't feel boxed in even though it's a terrace house. There is also a nice view of the historic mill building opposite the front of the house.

It's in a good location - not far off the high street so it's away from the traffic while still being convenient. Shops nearby - Super Lincs less than 5 minutes walk away, Morrisons and Lidl about 10 minutes.
South Common also isn't far if you enjoy getting away from the city. If you're a student, there is a pleasant walk along the river to the university.

Rent is £400 per month for a single person, £460 for a couple. All bills and broadband included.
