Looking for a housemate as one is dropping out of uni. The house is in a quiet street and is a 10/15 minute walk from the university and supermarkets (Lidl, Morrisons, Tesco).

The house is 6 rooms, and has 3 bathrooms, so it is 2 people to a bathroom. It has a shared kitchen and lounge, both are very spacious.

We are all friendly and clean people, and we all get along well.

We are currently exempt from council tax as we are all students at the university.
