I have an ensuite room available on Cranbrook Avenue, it is a mixed-gender 5 bedroom house with each room having its own ensuite bathroom. The room available is room 5 and is £99 per week. The contract for this property will run from 20th September 2021 to 18th July 2022 (43 weeks). The tenancy is fully inclusive of all utilities. A TV and licence are provided for the social space of the house. The bedroom has a ¾ bed with under bed storage. There will be a cleaner once a week to clean communal spaces. A parking permit is provided free of charge. The area is covered by Night Vision CCTV. You will be provided with a mobile app upon moving in which allows you to report any issues you may have of the house from the comfort of your bed. Each student signs an individual tenancy for their specific room meaning you will not liable for any other students room or rent charged. The Landlord does not charge any deposits or fees. All that is payable before move-in is a £200 initial rent payment on Monday 20th September 2021. This payment will be deducted from the total. The Landlord is also offering all new tenants £200 off their first rent instalment upon signing with them. The Landlord is University Quarter.
