It gets plenty of sunlight and is definitely more spacious than it looks in the photos, it is well worth viewing in person. There is plenty of street parking nearby and the house does have a private garden with grass and bench seating, ideal for bbq’s and get togethers. It is only a short walk to local shops and amenities, and a 10 minute walk to the University of Hull.
