The house benefits with a new conservatory at the rear with leather sofa with table and chairs. It has a recent kitchen with microwave, washing machine etc and recent bathroom , with an electric shower and basin.

There is two separate toilets one upstairs and one downstairs with a basin.

Large private garden with barbecue area, patio and picnic bench with bike parking.

I have a room downstairs but spend a lot of time at my girlfriends and working away so you'll have the house to yourselves most of the time.
