I am looking for a laid back lodger to live with me and my dog in my 2 bed terrace in L15 area (Wavertree).

Double room. £450 a month, bills included.
Newly refurbished throughout. Upstairs bathroom. New appliances and fully furnished. All the essentials, plus dishwasher and tumble dryer.
Netflix, Prime, Virgin Media and fibre optic broadband included.

North of Picton Road. Bus stop to the city at the end of the road and 5 min walk to Wavertree station.

Would suit a single non smoker. I really don’t mind whether you are student or young professional older or younger than me.

I have a 3 year old friendly gentle staffie called Paddington. Paddington loves people, she sleeps downstairs in the utility room. She is fully toilet trained, nice to take for a walk, and non destructive or chewy. She is a rescue dog. She doesn’t mind other dogs, though would be good to meet before signing a tenancy. However, for the welfare of the cat, no cats.

As for me, well I’m a PhD student at Uni of Liv. I study the role of pets for care leavers. I love giraffes, I’m more of a Bake Off binge watcher than pub crawler. And coffee dates rather than nights down the pub. I’m pretty laid back and easy going and would appreciate someone to be the same. As much as the house is my home, I want it to be yours to. So feel free to have friends and family stay.
