I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at The Lantern in Liverpool City Centre. The room is an en-suite with a shared kitchen/ living area. It has a restricted view, but it doesn't stop the sunlight coming in. Very close to all universities, only a short walk round the corner to the shops, with Aldi, Lidl, Tescos and Sainsburys on your doorstep. Moving out for personal reasons. Gym and laundry on site. All bills included, deposit back at the end of the year. It has a lovely social space as well, perfect for a few friends to play a game of pool, a kitchen there and a movie and gaming room. Also space to do work if looking for space outside your room. 24 hour security.
