Hello!

I have just moved out after 8 years and looking for a housemate to join our current tenant at our amazingly located apartment in the beautiful and quirky Georgian quarter. This will be for a short term let of 3-4 months.

The apartment is a two-bedroom semi-lower ground two bed flat on the popular Rodney Street which is fantastic location to the university campuses (5 minutes) and to the Royal Liverpool Hospital (15 minutes) and Clatterbridge hospital (15 minutes). Its also a short walk from Lime Street Station and Liverpool central which have connections to most places.

Entertainment is a few minutes walk. Hope Street bars and restaurants, Bombed out church and Bold Streets are all a two minute walk.

The other room is occupied by a young professional. The room available would probably suit a young professional or mature student but we remain open-minded.

There is a fabulous large double bedroom which includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The rent is £550 which includes all bills.

Only three rules:
1. No smoking in the house
2. Must possess the wherewithal to keep the flat at least a bit clean.
3. No nails or blu tack (there are nails and pictures on the wall which you are able to replace.
