Hi I'm Steph and currently looking for someone to take over my housemates tenancy, the room is available from now so looking for someone able to move in the next month If possible!

It's a spacious house with a garden terrace and basement with a multi-gym in it! There's good buses and city centre is only a 15 minute cycle away and close to a high street so close to shops and there's a big asda 5 minutes away. If you drive there is a parking permit and on-street parking.

I'm still quite new to Liverpool, I moved just before covid so hoping to live with someone social and outgoing. I also have a dog called Maurice so a dog lover is a must! He's a pug x king charles who loves anyone who gives him attention and has a big personality, any time you want to join for a walk, Newsham Park is close by!

I'm quite a chilled person and like to think i'm easy to get on with. I enjoy cooking so happy to make meals together i eat mainly veggie and fish, i'm not against meet eaters so no worries with that! I'm into music - I DJ which is why i want to keep the house as the basement is soundproof, I mix dance and a lot of chillout so won't be keeping you up late hours, I'm happy to fit in to your quiet time and respectful of your needs. I'm really easy going, love nights out and nights in with a film or series or just deep chats, I'm learning astrology at the moment so if you think we might click feel free to message!

Rent is super cheap at 260 a month with bills on top comes to around 380/400 a month!
When I first moved we had to be selective with furniture as of lockdown and not my first choice of what i'd want so looking to get the house looking better and feeling new so I'd be happy to buy some new stuff with new house mate and any furniture you'd like to bring I'm not fussy if you have any preferences.
