I have a double room available (3/4 bed, can be changed)
in an 8th floor flat overlooking sefton park ( its a tower block which community Gardens , laundry and community room Covid permitting). Price includes all bills and some household basics, council tax and fibre optic internet. Would consider another dog owner providing the dogs get on, however whoever moves in must love my slightly naughty but gorgeous labrador Ruby. This is non negotiable as its Ruby's house too. You will have free use of the living room as I rarely use it, if you want to mix we will, if you don't we won't. Im very social but want you to know that I won't be in your face, and I work shifts., It is decently furnished and clean, I have a weekly cleaner for communal areas. I'm not overly house proud but anyone who loves dogs or is an OCD cleaner is very welcome to negotiate a reduction in Bills. If there were two occupants we could negotiate a rent increase to cover bills.
Im a very young person at heart , very easy going and a socialist.
