A spacious double room available in Liverpool City Centre in a 3 bedroom apartment, right next to the Albert Docks. The room has plenty of storage with two large built in wardrobes and is furnished with two bedside tables and a chest of drawers, I can also leave my desk behind if need be. It also has a nice view of the Liver Building. The flat also has a spacious kitchen with sofas and dining area. The apartment is part of a wider complex which provides a on-site gym, on-site management team (24/7) and reception/lounge with plenty of seating available for working and relaxing. It is pet friendly and also offers bike storage and a private car park.

We are a friendly flat of young professionals who enjoy cooking meals in, watching films together, going for trips to the beach, Lark Lane and Sefton park and also going for drinks and meals on the Docks or the city centre. We also enjoy spending some evenings to ourselves and are looking for someone who enjoys the same balance. We all work during the week. I am unfortunately having to leave as my job requires me to relocate.

There is a Tesco Express literally under a minute away and a larger supermarket approximately 7 minutes walk away. Approximately 10 minutes walk from James Street metro station and 15-20 minutes from Liverpool Lime Street station.
