Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over a room in a 5 bed house at 103 Salisbury Road in Smithdown from the 1st of August 2022 until the 30th of June 2023. The rent is £100pppw, all bills included. The house is spacious with 2 modern bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. It’s in a perfect location with a bus stop near the end of the street and only a 5 minute walk to Asda and Aldi. There are 4 girls going into second year who are all very friendly and sociable who are moving in too! Let me know if you are interested :)
