WHO will you be living with?
In this House we have 3 Males, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All working professionals.

HOUSE lay out
The property offers spacious bedrooms and a lovely, homely living room. The kitchen has plenty of storage and worktop space and also has a dining table. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
The house is located on Malden Road in L6 and is just a stone’s throw away from all of LJMU and Uni of Liverpool buildings. The royal hospital is also walkable in around 15 minutes (Depending how long your legs are). Bus routes from the main road (Kensington road) are five-minute walk from the house and take you straight to Liverpool One in 20 minutes. Edge Hill train station is a 10-minute walk and has good links between town and towards Liverpool South Parkway.

LOCAL FACILITIES
Lidl is only a 5-minute walk just on Kensington road, Home Bargains, Iceland, and McDonalds are a 5-minute walk just off Kensington/Prescot road traffic lights. There is a newsagent on Boaler street which takes about 1-minute walk from the house. Gym 21 is the closest gym just off Prescot road which is a 5-minute walk.

PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room and will begin the process for move in. Depending on tenants’ individual circumstance we might need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenant’s circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need. We also might request to do a credit check.

MOVING IN
Move in can be done the same week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
